The Personal Health Operating System
Private health intelligence, designed to connect your records, tests, signals and care over time.
In early research and development. Illustrations use synthetic information. AION is not providing medical care or diagnosis.
TRUSTED HEALTH MEMORY
Maya Ellison · Fictional demonstration profile
A consultation here. A test result there. A change you remember, but haven’t had a chance to explain. Each holds part of the story.
Our vision is a useful health memory that carries the context forward, so the next conversation can begin with a clearer view of what came before.
Designed to show what is known, what changed, and what still needs to be understood.
A record should carry its source, date and review status with it. Missing context and conflicting information should remain visible.
Explore a small illustration of that experience.

Northbridge Diagnostics · Fictional source
Original record reference retained for review.
The 12 May document is shown alongside the earlier history. No result has been interpreted.
A member-reported date differs from a document date. Both remain available for review.
Synthetic illustration · No clinical conclusion or urgency assessment.
Prepared for the conversation.
Draft concept for human review. No clinician has reviewed this illustration.
These interfaces illustrate proposed product behaviour. They do not process records, interpret results or provide clinical advice.
Our broader vision connects diagnostic information with the history around it, before and after a result arrives.
Keep relevant records and open questions connected to the reason for a test.
Preserve the collection date, source and preparation details alongside a report.
Distinguish an available report from a result that has been reviewed.
Bring the evidence and unresolved questions into the next clinician conversation.
Future product concept. AION does not currently offer tests, result interpretation, bookings or a clinician service.
Health memory deserves care in how it is collected, understood and shared. These principles guide the product we intend to build.
Show which information would be used, for what purpose and by whom. Consent should be specific and visible.
Our planned privacy architecture treats highly sensitive information differently. The illustration here contains fictional information only.
AION is being designed to prepare and organise context for review. Care decisions remain with qualified clinicians.
Design intent. This website does not implement a health-data vault, consent service or clinical workflow.
Our first R&D focus is the Longitudinal Clinical Context Engine: a proposed way to prepare source-linked timelines, Clinical Snapshots and Visit Briefs before a consultation or referral review.
Early research and development · No live clinical serviceEvaluate proposed workflows using fictional record packs and a manual preparation baseline.
Assess source support, event ordering, missing information, contradictions, reviewer corrections and preparation time.
Integrated performance and clinical usefulness remain to be demonstrated. Any future patient-data or clinical use requires separate review and approval.
Planned evaluation. No clinical validation, productivity result or regulatory approval is claimed.
The wider ambition is a personal health operating system that can grow with an individual and, in time, a household.
A personal home for health memory, records, signals and preparation for care over time.
A considered way to support family health administration, with individual permissions and clear boundaries.
Vision only. Memberships are not available. No enrolment, pricing, payments or household-data access is offered.
We are a UK company developing health-intelligence software. Our initial focus is longitudinal record preparation, with source traceability and human review at the centre of the design.
AION is in early research and development. This website shows our direction and a small synthetic illustration. We are not offering a live clinical service or accepting health records.
Our initial programme focuses on source-linked longitudinal timelines, Clinical Snapshots and Visit Briefs for clinician review. We plan to start evaluation with synthetic adult records.
We are exploring AI-assisted retrieval and draft preparation for clinician review. The integrated workflow and its performance remain to be demonstrated. AION does not provide autonomous diagnosis, treatment, medication, triage or urgency decisions.
Not yet. The records, diagnostic journeys and memberships shown here are concepts. This website offers no accounts, live integrations, uploads, enrolment or payments.
